Als Junior Recruiter bij WETALENT B.V. in Nieuwkuijk ben jij de verbindende factor tussen kandidaat en opdrachtgever. In deze rol leer je het recruitmentvak in de praktijk: van het benaderen van kandidaten tot het voeren van gesprekken en het maken van duurzame matches binnen de bouw- en installatietoelevering.

Je komt terecht in een enthousiast en jong team waarin werkplezier, creativiteit en humor belangrijke pijlers zijn. Ervaring is niet het belangrijkste: jouw leergierigheid en mensenkennis maken het verschil.

Wat ga jij doen als Junior Recruiter bij WETALENT B.V.?

Als Junior Recruiter leer je het volledige werving- en selectieproces voor verschillende vacatures kennen. Je werft actief kandidaten via LinkedIn, de database en andere kanalen. Samen met een collega voer je kennismakingsgesprekken met kandidaten en werk je deze zorgvuldig uit in duidelijke verslagen. Door nieuwsgierig te zijn stel je vragen die helpen om de drijfveren van kandidaten beter te begrijpen. Heldere communicatie helpt je bij het bellen, mailen en schakelen met kandidaten, klanten en collega's. Met het nieuwe ATS-systeem houd je overzicht en leer je slimmer werken met de juiste informatie. Je verdiept je in de bouw- en installatiebranche, zodat je steeds beter begrijpt wat klanten en kandidaten nodig hebben. Daarnaast denk je mee over het vinden van nieuwe kandidaten en het verbeteren van lopende procedures. Met enige regelmaat bezoek je opdrachtgevers om de sfeer te proeven en organisaties beter te leren kennen.
