Jouw rol Als Junior Recruitment Consultant ben je het aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als kandidaten. Je luistert, stelt gerichte vragen en brengt ambities en behoeften bij elkaar. Jouw profiel We zoeken geen vastomlijnd profiel. We zijn vooral benieuwd naar jouw kwaliteiten, motivatie en ontwikkelpotentieel. Je herkent jezelf in een aantal van de volgende punten: - Je hebt hbo-denkniveau. - Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Je bent oprecht geïnteresseerd in mensen en stelt graag vragen om hen beter te begrijpen. - Je vindt het leuk om relaties op te bouwen en anderen te adviseren. - Je bent nieuwsgierig naar recruitment, commercie of accountmanagement. - Je neemt initiatief, maar vindt het ook prettig om samen te werken en te overleggen. - Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzicht over verschillende contacten en processen. - Je staat open voor feedback en wilt jezelf zowel persoonlijk als professioneel ontwikkelen. Je achtergrond kan uiteenlopen. Ervaring in bijvoorbeeld hospitality, retail, administratie, klantenservice, logistiek, marketing of e-commerce kan goed aansluiten.
