Jobomschrijving

Als recruiter consultant ga je het hele recruitment proces van A tot Z beheren. De functie bestaat uit een combinatie van twee onderdelen:

Sales:

  • Identificeren van vacatures en potentiële klanten.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van je eigen klantenportefeuille.
  • Onderhandelen over voorwaarden en presenteren van wervingsdiensten.

HR:

  • Werven en interviewen van potentiële kandidaten.
  • Coachen van kandidaten door het gehele sollicitatieproces.
  • Nazorg en follow-up met zowel klanten als kandidaten.

Als recruitment consultant bij Michael Page heb je het volgend profiel:

  • Een Bachelor of Master Diploma
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling en een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om meerdere taken tegelijkertijd te beheren.
  • Resultaatgericht en in staat om meerdere taken tegelijkertijd te beheren.
