Ben je analytisch ingesteld, maar wil je niet de hele dag achter een bureau zitten? In deze functie combineer je cijfers met de praktijk op de werkvloer. Je leert de productie van dichtbij kennen, analyseert rendement en kostprijzen en groeit stap voor stap uit tot een sterke financiële en operationele sparringpartner.

Deze rol is ideaal voor iemand die ambitie heeft, graag bijleert en op termijn verder wil doorgroeien binnen controlling, finance of operations.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bent ongeveer 80% van je tijd aanwezig in productie, waar je metingen uitvoert en nauw samenwerkt met lijn- en afdelingsverantwoordelijken.
  • Je brengt nieuwe en bestaande producten in kaart en houdt daarbij rekening met wisselende en seizoensgebonden assortimenten.
  • Je verwerkt jouw bevindingen tot duidelijke analyses en rapporteringen rond kostprijzen, rendement en efficiëntie.
  • Je onderzoekt waar processen beter kunnen en denkt actief mee over optimalisaties op de werkvloer.
  • Je neemt geleidelijk steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid over jouw eigen domein.
  • Je ondersteunt de andere controllers bij rapporteringen en analyses en krijgt daarbij voldoende begeleiding.
  • Je werkt binnen een jong team waar samenwerking, kritisch denken en continue verbetering centraal staan.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterk logisch en analytisch denkvermogen en bent nieuwsgierig naar productieprocessen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en voelt je comfortabel met cijfers.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en MS Office en leert vlot werken met ERP-systemen.
  • Je bent hands-on en vindt het fijn om het grootste deel van je werkdag op de productievloer door te brengen.
  • Je neemt initiatief, stelt vragen en denkt mee over mogelijke oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met zowel productie als collega's binnen finance.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en blijft overzicht bewaren tijdens drukkere periodes.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en beschikt over een basiskennis Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent bereid te werken volgens een wisselend uurrooster: de ene week start je om 5 uur, de andere week om 8 uur.
