Je combineert data en technologie met een praktische blik op de operatie en denkt mee over hoe we onze routeplanning elke dag slimmer en soepeler maken. Jij zorgt door middel van verbeterprojecten ervoor dat we elke dag meer mensen blij kunnen maken met een efficiëntere route planning voor CoolblueBezorgt en CoolblueFietst. Dit doe je door de inzet van jouw technische kennis en projectmanagement skills, waarbij je de rekening houdt met de capaciteit van onze bezorghelden. Daarnaast ontwikkel je mee aan de uitbreiding in Duitsland door advies te geven over depotlocaties en hun bezorggebieden. Hiervoor ben je analytisch onderlegd en schakel je met veel stakeholders. Samen zorg je ervoor dat onze bezorgpropositie zo goed mogelijk is ingericht. Dit vind je leuk om te doen - Verbeterprojecten bedenken op de achterkant van een bierviltje en uitvoeren tot over de finishlijn. - Samenwerken met verschillende collega's uit allerlei teams. - Resultaten analyseren en uitpluizen om te weten waar de echte potentie zit. - Anderen overtuigen van je verbeterkansen en je behaalde resultaten vol trots presenteren. - Meewerken aan de expansie in Duitsland door advies op depotlocaties te geven en het bepalen van de bezorggebieden.
