- Junior Salarisadministrateur - 24 - 40 uur - € 3.500,- / € 4.500,- - Eindhoven Wil jij mee werken aan een foutloze salarisverwerking binnen een internationale hightech organisatie? Heb je al iets gedaan binnen de salarisadministratie, maar zoek je die volgende verdiepende slag? In deze rol krijg je de ruimte om processen te verbeteren, mee te denken over HR-projecten en direct impact te maken op ruim 1.000 medewerkers in Nederland. Functieomschrijving Als Payroll Officer ben jij, samen met een team, verantwoordelijk voor de volledige salarisverwerking en personeelsadministratie van ALTEN Nederland. Jij zorgt dat alles klopt - van mutatie tot loonaangifte - en bent een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor HR en finance. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en controleren van de maandelijkse salarisadministratie in AFAS - Beheren van personeelsmutaties (in-, door- en uitstroom) in systemen zoals Unit4, Mypad en Myportal - Verzorgen en controleren van loonaangiftes - Bewaken van juiste toepassing van wet- en regelgeving, cao- en fiscale richtlijnen - Controleren van urenregistraties, verlof en declaraties - Verzorgen van rapportages en analyses in Excel (o.a. draaitabellen en verticaal zoeken) - Afstemmen met finance over salarisruns en journaalposten - Beheren van pensioen- en verzekeringsadministraties - Signaleren van afwijkingen en doorvoeren van correcties - Adviseren van managers en consultants over salaris, arbeidsvoorwaarden en regelingen - Meewerken aan verbeteringen in AFAS en optimalisatie van HR- en payrollprocessen - Bijdragen aan HR-projecten, zoals harmonisatie van regelingen en compliance vraagstukken Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor payroll gerelateerde vragen en zorgt voor duidelijke, inhoudelijke communicatie richting interne stakeholders.
