Als junior salarisadministrateur bij CROP verzorg je samen met je collega's de loonadministratie voor verschillende klanten. Je leert het vak in de praktijk, krijgt persoonlijke begeleiding en groeit stap voor stap naar een zelfstandige rol als payroll professional. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt aan een correcte en tijdige salarisverwerking voor onze klanten. Daarbij heb je regelmatig contact met ondernemers en HR-medewerkers. Je helpt hen met vragen over de loonadministratie en het gebruik van Nmbrs. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - verwerken en controleren van salarisgegevens; - voorbereiden en uitvoeren van salarisruns; - beantwoorden van vragen van klanten; - ondersteunen van klanten bij het gebruik van Nmbrs; - signaleren van fouten, afwijkingen en verbetermogelijkheden; - meedenken over een klantgerichte en efficiënte dienstverlening. Heb je nog weinig ervaring? Dan begeleiden ervaren collega's je bij het uitvoeren van deze werkzaamheden. Naarmate je meer kennis en ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen klanten. Dit breng je mee - Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Afgeronde of lopende opleiding VPS is een pré; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in salarisadministratie (bij een accountants- of salariskantoor is een pluspunt); - Uitstekende kennis van relevante wetgeving (Wet op de Loonbelasting, arbeidsrecht, sociale zekerheid); - Je communiceert helder - ook ingewikkelde materie leg jij begrijpelijk uit aan de ondernemer; - Je beschikt over een uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. - Klantgerich...
