Bij vhm werk je mee aan de salarisverwerking voor verschillende mkb-ondernemers, krijg je goede begeleiding en bouw je stap voor stap aan jouw eigen klantenportefeuille. Wil jij je ontwikkelen binnen de salarisadministratie en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgen? Bij vhm | accountants & belastingadviseurs leer je het vak in de praktijk en werk je vanaf het begin mee voor echte klanten. Je werkt op onze vestiging in Almelo of Epe. Onze kantoren groeien bewust naar maximaal 30 collega's. Je werkt daardoor direct samen met ervaren collega's uit de salarisadministratie, accountancy en fiscaliteit, terwijl de omgeving persoonlijk blijft. De lijnen zijn kort, de deuren staan open en er is altijd iemand bij wie je terechtkunt met een vraag. Als junior salarisadministrateur ondersteun je bij de maandelijkse en vierwekelijkse salarisverwerking voor verschillende mkb-ondernemers en familiebedrijven. Je controleert gegevens, verwerkt mutaties en helpt klanten met praktische vragen over salarissen en arbeidsvoorwaarden. Daarbij leer je steeds meer over cao's, loonaangiften en actuele wet- en regelgeving. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer zelfstandigheid en klantcontact. Zo groei je stap voor stap toe naar het beheren van jouw eigen klantenportefeuille. Wil je daarnaast groeien in jouw rol? Binnen vhm krijg je ook de mogelijkheid om de PDL- of VPS-opleiding te volgen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Verwerken van mutaties voor maandelijkse en vierwekelijkse salarisverwerkingen. - Controleren van salarisgegevens en ondersteunen bij loonaangiften. - Verd...
