Je gaat in gesprek met klanten, ontdekt waar ze tegenaan lopen en brengt de juiste Femto-expertise bij elkaar. Bij Femto Engineering helpen wij klanten in onder andere offshore, maritiem, hightech, aerospace en machinebouw om betere producten en technische oplossingen te ontwikkelen met behulp van engineering simulation. Als officiële Siemens DISW-partner combineren we geavanceerde simulatie- en softwareoplossingen met de expertise van onze engineers. Wat ga je doen? Binnen Femto zijn we als commercieel team samen verantwoordelijk voor het binnenhalen van nieuwe projecten en klanten. In jouw rol bouw je bestaande relaties uit, benut je mogelijkheden vanuit lopende opdrachten en benader je actief nieuwe klanten en markten. Hieronder een aantal voorbeelden waar je als junior direct mee aan de slag gaat. - Nieuwe klantaanvragen van onze bestaande relaties samen met de technische collega's opvolgen. - Inactieve klanten in kaart brengen en jezelf bij hen introduceren. - Commerciële activiteiten initiëren, zoals klant- en eventbezoeken - Samen met je marketing collega een seminar bedenken voor onze klanten en websitebezoekers. Er is niet één manier om goede sales te doen. Misschien analyseer je eerst de markt en benader je gericht bedrijven. Misschien pak je liever de telefoon, bouw je een netwerk op of ben je juist sterk in één-op-één gesprekken. Bij Femto is ruimte voor jouw stijl. Hoe ontwikkel je bij ons?
