The posting

Als Junior Sales & Account Support ben je verantwoordelijk voor onze retail partnerships in België, Nederland en Luxemburg. Je onderhoudt het contact met bestaande klanten, volgt commerciële afspraken nauwgezet op en zorgt ervoor dat onze samenwerking professioneel, vlot en proactief verloopt.

Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze retailklanten en werkt nauw samen met de Sales Director en je andere collega binnen Sales. Je combineert klantencontact met administratieve opvolging, commerciële analyse en gerichte bezoeken aan winkels of contactpersonen wanneer dat nodig is.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Het contact onderhoudt met bestaande retailklanten in België, Nederland en Luxemburg;
  • Klantvragen, commerciële afspraken en opvolgpunten professioneel opvolgt;
  • Sterke relaties opbouwt met verschillende contactpersonen binnen onze retailpartners;
  • Meewerkt aan de verdere groei en uitbouw van bestaande partnerships;
  • Verkoopcijfers, klantdata en rapportages opvolgt en bespreekt met het salesteam;
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten, vragen of verbeterpunten signaleert en intern opvolgt;
  • Regelmatig klanten, winkels of retailpunten bezoekt om de samenwerking goed op te volgen;
  • Bezoekverslagen, actiepunten en rapportages maakt voor de Sales Director en het team;
  • Ondersteunt bij commerciële acties, productlanceringen, beurzen en klantenevents;
  • Back-up bent voor je salescollega's wanneer nodig.

Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, maar staat er niet alleen voor. De commerciële expertise zit al sterk binnen het team. Daarom zoeken we iemand met een eerste ervaring in sales of klantbeheer, die klaar is om verder te groeien in een commerciële rol met impact.

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in sales, account support, customer success, retail, commerciële binnendienst of een vergelijkbare klantgerichte rol;
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in een commerciële, administratieve of businessgerichte richting, of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Je bent sterk in klantencontact en bouwt graag duurzame relaties op;
  • Je communiceert professioneel, helder en klantvriendelijk;
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en denkt mee in kansen, verbeteringen en groei;
  • Je kan goed overweg met cijfers, rapportages en verkoopdata;
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en volgt afspraken nauwgezet op;
  • Je bent proactief: je wacht niet af, maar neemt initiatief;
  • Je bent flexibel en vindt het prima om regelmatig klanten of winkels te bezoeken;
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar stemt goed af met je team;
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Frans is belangrijk in deze functie. Kennis van Duits is een plus;
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
