Voor onze klant, een gevestigde speler in de bouw- en woonsector, zoeken wij een Junior Sales Advisor die wil groeien, leren en mee wil bouwen aan het succes van een hecht, professioneel team. In ruil daarvoor krijg je een brutoloon tussen €2700 en €3300, 6 ADV-dagen, ecocheques, een groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering, een glijdend uurrooster met zondag en maandag vrij, én stevige interne opleidingen met doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Als Junior Sales Advisor ben jij het hart van de showroombeleving: je ontvangt klanten warm, denkt mee met hun wensen en maakt van elke bezoeker een tevreden klant.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je zorgt voor een verzorgde, uitnodigende showroom en bereidt de dag administratief voor.
  • Je ontvangt klanten met een glimlach en luistert actief naar hun wensen en noden.
  • Je vertaalt hun verwachtingen in persoonlijk, helder en professioneel advies.
  • Je stelt duidelijke offertes op en volgt klantendossiers nauwgezet op.
  • Je verwerkt orders in het interne systeem met de nodige nauwkeurigheid.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van de buitendienst om klanten volledig te begeleiden.
  • Je sluit de dag af met voldoening: tevreden klanten en een correcte administratie.

  • Je bent schoolverlater met ambitie of hebt al een eerste commerciële ervaring.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en haalt energie uit gesprekken.
  • Je overtuigt met enthousiasme en bouwt makkelijk vertrouwen op.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig met digitale tools en zorgt voor foutloze offertes en orders.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en draagt bij aan een verzorgde, professionele showroom.
  • Je werkt voornamelijk in Knokke, en bent flexibel om heel uitzonderlijk een andere vestiging te ondersteunen.
  • Je bent bereid om op zaterdag te werken; je krijgt een vrije dag door de week in ruil.
