Voor tal van snelgroeiende IT-consultancies en innovatieve ondernemingen gaan wij op zoek naar hét talent van morgen. Vandaag brachten we al meer dan 500 professionals in contact met hun volgende werkgever, en ons team groeide ondertussen uit tot maar liefst 35 collega's. En we zijn nog lang niet klaar: om onze groei verder te zetten, zoeken we een nieuwe collega die mee wil bouwen aan ons succesverhaal.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • De eerste maanden krijg je een grondige opleiding van ervaren collega's, waarin je jouw commerciële talenten ontwikkelt en jouw marktkennis uitbreidt.
  • Hierna ga je actief op zoek naar interessante bedrijven om een samenwerking mee op te starten. Je legt gesprekken vast, gaat langs bij de verantwoordelijke en onderhandelt over onze voorwaarden.
  • Je schuimt LinkedIn, onze database, jobsites, jobbeurzen, … af tot je de witte raaf hebt gevonden voor onze klanten. Je plant screeningsgesprekken in en toetst competenties af vooraleer je kandidaten in contact brengt met onze partners.
  • Je begeleidt kandidaat en klant op een transparante manier doorheen het volledige sollicitatieproces - van eerste contact tot en met de contractondertekening ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt.
  • Na een succesvolle aanwerving volg je regelmatig op hoe de samenwerking verloopt.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je behaalde minimum een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een economische of commerciële richting.
  • Een eerste werkervaring is een plus, maar absoluut geen must - "we hire for attitude and train for skills!"
  • Je bent ambitieus, resultaatgericht en een geboren teamplayer.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
