Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 JUNIOR SALES MANAGER - BEVERAGE (M/W/D)

DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN:

* Am österreichischen Markt betreust du unsere Kunden im Getränkesegment, entwickelst bestehende Partnerschaften nachhaltig weiter und schaffst die Basis für langfristigen gemeinsamen Erfolg.

* Kundenbedürfnisse, Markttrends und neue Geschäftschancen erkennst du frühzeitig und verwandelst sie in

erfolgreiche Projekte.

* Mit deinem Gespür für Menschen und Märkte gewinnst du neue Kunden und baust langfristige Beziehungen auf.

* Gemeinsam mit deinen erfahrenen Kolleg:innen bereitest du Angebots-, Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen

professionell vor und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung.

* Von der ersten Idee bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss begleitest du spannende Kunden- und Entwicklungs-

projekte und gestaltest neue Produkte aktiv mit.

* Im engen Austausch mit F&E, Marketing, Einkauf, Sales Support und weiteren Fachbereichen sorgst du dafür,

dass aus Kundenanforderungen erfolgreiche Lösungen entstehen.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische, kaufmännische oder lebensmittelbezogene Ausbildung und

hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Sales oder in einer kundenorientierten Funktion gesammelt.

* Neugier für die Welt der Lebensmittel und Getränke sowie Freude daran, Kunden mit den passenden Lösungen zu begeistern.

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend, um sicher und professionell mit unseren Kunden zu kommunizieren.

* Du überzeugst durch eine kundenorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit, arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert und bringst die nötige Reisebereitschaft (mehr als 40%) für eine erfolgreiche Kundenbetreuung mit.

* Vom ersten Tag an unterstützen wir dich auf deinem Karriereweg im Sales: Erfahrene Kolleg:innen begleiten dich bei deiner fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung, bis du eigenständig Kunden, Projekte und Vertriebsverantwortung übernimmst.

* Dein Arbeitsplatz befindet sich in 2111 Harmannsdorf. Damit du bei Kundenterminen und im Arbeitsalltag flexibel unterwegs bist, stellen wir dir einen Firmen-PKW zur Verfügung, den du auch privat nutzen kannst
