Dynamisches Unternehmen der chemisch-technischen Branche mit Sitz im Salzkammergut - unser Partner ist ein dynamisches Unternehmen mit einem engagierten Team und Sitz in Bad Ischl. 1 Junior Sales Manager (m/w/d) Zentral- und Osteuropa Du betreust und entwickelst Bestandskund_innen strategisch weiter, akquirierst aktiv Neukund_innen, erschließt neue Marktchancen in der CEE-Region und gestaltest moderne Vertriebsstrategien aktiv mit. Dich erwarten ein Remote-Arbeitsmodell mit gelegentlichen Besuchen am Firmensitz, ein Firmenwagen auch zur privaten Nutzung sowie sehr hoher Gestaltungsspielraum und echte Eigenverantwortung.

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit 40 Std./Woche, Remote mit flexibler Zeiteinteilung, kein fixes Schichtmodell, ca. 3 Tage pro Woche europaweit unterwegs

Vergütung: Fixgehalt € 3.300 bis € 4.000 brutto/Monat, je nach Erfahrung & Ausbildung

Deine Aufgaben

* Strategische Betreuung & Weiterentwicklung der Bestandskunden

* Aktive Neukundenakquise & Erschließung neuer Marktchancen in der CEE-Region

* Mitgestaltung & Umsetzung moderner Vertriebsstrategien

* Regelmäßige Präsenz vor Ort bei Kunden

Dein Profil

* verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse

* fundierte Englischkenntnisse für internationale Kundenkommunikation in der CEE-Region

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im chemisch-technischen Bereich (z. B. Chemie-HTL, Kunststofftechnik, Lacktechnik)

* Alternativ abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Vertriebserfahrung in der Chemie- oder Beschichtungsindustrie

* Sales-Erfahrung, idealerweise mit Farben, Lacken, Klebstoffen, Dichtstoffen und/oder Kunststoffen

* Sehr hohe Reisebereitschaft europaweit (ca. 3 Tage pro Woche unterwegs)

* Wohnort idealerweise Wien oder Graz

* CRM-Kenntnisse (Salesforce) von Vorteil

* Weitere osteuropäische Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
