Als Sales Promotor Retail ben jij de dagelijkse ambassadeur van onze merken in de retailmarkt.

Je beheert een bestaande klantenportefeuille en bouwt duurzame relaties op met winkelverantwoordelijken en zaakvoerders binnen onder meer: Carrefour Hyper - Carrefour Market - AD Delhaize - Proxy Delhaize - Spar Retail

Je werkt op basis van een wekelijkse planning en bezoekt gemiddeld 8 winkelpunten per dag. Tijdens je bezoeken:

Onderhoud je bestaande klantenrelaties. Bespreek je promoties en commerciële opportuniteiten. Introduceer je nieuwe producten en innovaties. Optimaliseer je assortimenten en zichtbaarheid in de winkel. Onderhandel je over extra plaatsingen en commerciële acties. Analyseer je de markt en concurrentieactiviteiten. Rapporteer je jouw resultaten en acties via CRM. Je werkt zelfstandig binnen jouw regio en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Field Sales Manager.

Verkoop zit in je bloed en je houdt ervan om resultaten neer te zetten.

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste starter of iemand met een eerste ervaring binnen retail, merchandising of field sales.

Een hogere opleiding in Marketing, Handel, Communicatie of een gelijkwaardige ervaring. Een commerciële mindset en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Een analytisch vermogen en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.

Doorzettingsvermogen en overtuigingskracht. Organisatietalent en verantwoordelijkheidszin.

Een positieve en professionele uitstraling. Je woont idealiter in de regio Herentals – Aarschot – Diest.

Je bent bereid om actief te werken in Antwerpen, Limburg en Vlaams-Brabant en deeltje Brussel.

Je spreekt perfect Nederlands maar bent ook het Frans mondeling machtig.
