Jobomschrijving

WAT GA JE DOEN ALS JUNIOR SALES SUPPORT? In deze veelzijdige binnendienstfunctie ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteun je tegelijk het commerciële team. Je combineert klantencontact met een vlotte administratieve opvolging.

  • Je verwerkt bestellingen en volgt vragen via e-mail snel, nauwkeurig en klantgericht op.
  • Je maakt offertes op, verwerkt prijsafspraken correct en ondersteunt de buitendienst bij dagelijkse commerciële vragen.
  • Je springt bij binnen Customer Service en backoffice en werkt mee aan projecten en verbeterinitiatieven.

WAT VERWACHTEN WE VAN JOU ALS JUNIOR SALES SUPPORT? Je bent klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en voelt je goed in een omgeving waar verschillende zaken tegelijk bewegen. Je houdt overzicht, schakelt vlot en denkt graag mee met klanten en collega’s.

  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt graag met MS Office; ervaring met Navision is een mooie troef.
  • Je bent hands-on, leergierig en werkt zowel zelfstandig als graag samen met een team.
