Als salesmedewerker ben je dagelijks telefonisch in contact met klanten. Je bespreekt hun behoefte aan ingrediënten, signaleert verkoopkansen en helpt mee om nieuwe orders binnen te halen. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's en leert stap voor stap hoe je succesvolle commerciële gesprekken voert.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

- Actief bellen van bestaande en potentiële klanten - Voeren van commerciële gesprekken over ingrediënten en bestellingen - Achterhalen van klantbehoeften en signaleren van verkoopkansen - Verwerken van orders, afspraken en klantgegevens - Opvolgen van gemaakte afspraken en verkoopkansen - Werken aan persoonlijke en gezamenlijke salesdoelstellingen - Meedenken over manieren om het outbound salesproces te verbeteren
