Daarom combineer je vanaf dag één werken en leren. Je gaat aan de slag bij organisaties in de regio Zwolle en volgt tegelijkertijd de hbo Associate degree Office Management van Schoevers. Tijdens het traject ontdek je verschillende werkomgevingen, ontwikkel je belangrijke vaardigheden en bouw je aan een stevige basis voor jouw carrière als secretaresse of management assistant. Gedurende het leerwerktraject: - Werk je vier dagen per week bij een opdrachtgever in de regio Zwolle. - Volg je één dag per week klassikaal les bij Schoevers in Utrecht. - Ondersteun je managers, afdelingen en teams bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. - Ontwikkel je jezelf op het gebied van communicatie, planning en organisatie. - Doe je waardevolle praktijkervaring op binnen professionele organisaties. - Breid je jouw netwerk uit binnen het assistantvak. - Groei je stap voor stap uit tot een zelfstandige junior secretaresse. Dit ben jij Je past goed bij deze rol als je een secretariële mbo‑4 achtergrond combineert met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en de ambitie om je verder te ontwikkelen richting hbo. - Afgeronde secretariële mbo‑4 opleiding, bij voorkeur Managementassistent/Secretaresse. - Minimaal stage-ervaring in ondersteunende of administratieve functie. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, mondeling en schriftelijk. - Goede basis in MS Office en digitale communicatiemiddelen. - Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt vooruit en neemt makkelijk initiatief.
