Deine Aufgaben

* Arbeitsvorbereitung & Produktionslenkung: Du planst und bereitest die Produktionsaufträge für unser Sägewerk präzise vor. Als erfahrener Mitarbeiter übernimmst du direkt und eigenverantwortlich die Führung.

* Schnittstellenfunktion: Enger Austausch mit dem Produktionsteam vor Ort sowie die Abstimmung zwischen Einkauf und Vertrieb.

* Prozessoptimierung: Übernahme von Kalkulationen und der Schnittbildplanung.

* Mitgestaltung: Je nach Erfahrung bringst du dein Wissen aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse ein.

Dein Profil

* Ausbildung (von Vorteil): Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Holz-/Sägeindustrie (z. B. Lehre, Fachschule, HTL Kuchl) oder eine kaufmännische/technische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HTL).

* Deine Erfahrung zählt: Wir freuen uns über junge Absolventen mit frischen Ideen genauso wie über erfahrene Praktiker, die sofort eigenständig durchstarten können.

* Zahlen- & IT-Affinität: Du arbeitest gerne strukturiert mit Daten und gängiger Software (Excel etc.).

* Stärken: Technisches Verständnis, Organisationstalent und eine verlässliche, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise.
