Weet jij snel te schakelen tussen diverse situaties, ga jij altijd secuur te werk en staat klantvriendelijkheid hoog in het vaandel? Lees dan onderstaande vacature. Functie omschrijving Wij zijn opzoek naar een (junior) service adviseur die vol enthousiasme ons team in Oud-Beijerland wil komen versterken. In deze rol is het belangrijk dat klanten op een juiste manier worden geadviseerd met betrekking tot onderhoud en reparaties aan hun auto. Daarnaast zorg jij voor een strikte en juiste planning voor de werkplaats zodat alles goed verloopt. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontvangen van klanten en het inventariseren van hun wensen. Nauw samenwerken met je collega's is ook van zeer groot belang, zo zorg je er samen voor dat alles efficiënt verloopt. Verder behoren de volgende taken ook tot jouw werkzaamheden: - Zorgvuldige werkvoorbereiding van het geplande werk en de gemaakte afspraken. - Het administratief verwerken van alle werkzaamheden aan de auto's die ingepland zijn in de werkplaats. - Garantieclaims van Peugeot en Citroën indienen en afhandelen. - Het bespreken van facturen en uitleg geven aan de klant over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden. Wie ben jij? Een persoon die graag in contact staat met de klant en hen op de juiste manier weet te ontzorgen qua onderhoud en reparaties aan hun voertuig. Daarnaast heb je enige ervaring als service adviseur in de automotive sector is mooi meegenomen, maar is geen vereiste. Dus ben jij ambitieus, communicatief zeer sterk en klaar om successen te behalen bij Auto Koese? Dan zijn wij opzoek naar jou!
