Als Junior Servicedesk Engineer bij Contict ben jij degene die het verschil maakt op het moment dat een klant ons nodig heeft. Jij bent het eerste contact, de vraagbaak, de oplossingsdenker. Niet alleen voor snelle oplossingen, maar ook als adviseur die verder kijkt dan het probleem van vandaag. De Servicedesk is bij Contict geen 'doorgeefluik', maar is onderdeel van het fundament van onze klantrelaties. Daarom zoeken we een engineer die niet alleen sterk is in techniek, maar ook in communicatie, samenwerking en het bouwen van vertrouwen. Kom jij ons team versterken? Snel solliciteren Junior Servicedesk Engineer Zo ziet jouw dag eruit. Je begint met het doornemen van openstaande en urgente meldingen. Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten en adviseert over bijvoorbeeld wijziging verzoeken, nieuwe apparaten of complexe netwerkproblemen. Tussendoor denk je mee met een klant die overweegt om naar een nieuwe Cloudomgeving te migreren. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen korte oplossingen en adviesvragen die net wat meer verdieping vragen. Samen met je collega's overleg je regelmatig: waar kunnen we efficiënter werken, waar kunnen we de klant nog beter ondersteunen? Wat ga je doen? Wie zoeken wij? - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten via telefoon, mail en ons ticketsysteem - Je analyseert binnengekomen meldingen, stelt de juiste vragen en lost incidenten zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig op - Je ondersteunt bij het inrichten, beheren en optimaliseren van Microsoft 365, Azure en netwerkomgevingen - Je pakt 1e en 2e lijns incidenten en wijzigingen zelfstandig op óf schakelt met collega's - Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in klantomgevingen - Je monitort systemen, signaleert waar risico's of verbeterkansen liggen en onderneemt actie wanneer nodig - Je draait mee in een roulatiesysteem voor bereikbaarheid (inclusief toesla...
