(Junior) Site Manager Staalconstructies // Internationaal

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige staalconstructies zijn wij op zoek naar een (Junior) Site Manager. Je komt terecht in een internationale en technisch uitdagende omgeving waar gewerkt wordt aan complexe projecten zoals bruggen, hoogbouw, pretparkattracties en industriële staalconstructies wereldwijd.

Jouw functie

In deze rol groei je stap voor stap door tot verantwoordelijk Site Manager op internationale werven.

Tijdens je inwerkperiode:

  • Je wordt begeleid door de Hoofd Montage en leert het bedrijf en de werfwerking grondig kennen
  • Je maakt kennis met alle technische, organisatorische en veiligheidsaspecten op de werf
  • Je ondersteunt bij de opvolging van montage- en onderaannemingswerken

Daarna groei je door naar meer verantwoordelijkheid:

  • Je ondersteunt en coördineert grotere werven in samenwerking met een ploegbaas
  • Je volgt planning, budgetten en termijnen nauw op
  • Je ondersteunt de projectmanager bij meerwerken (opstellen, begroten en verdedigen)
  • Je neemt deel aan werfvergaderingen en verdedigt de belangen van het bedrijf
  • Je rapporteert nauw aan projectmanager en hoofd montage

Op langere termijn:

  • Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor de volledige werforganisatie van grote projecten
  • Je fungeert als belangrijkste contactpersoon op de werf
  • Je stuurt teams en onderaannemers aan en bewaakt de projectuitvoering

PROFIEL Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor of industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en een echte doener
  • Je hebt geen 9-to-5 mentaliteit en bent flexibel
  • Je bent bereid om (kort) in het buitenland te werken indien nodig
  • Je spreekt perfect Nederlands
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in Engels en schrikt niet van Frans of Duits op de werf
  • Je bent leergierig en klaar om door te groeien in een verantwoordelijke functie
