Junior SMD Operator 38 - 40 uur per week Tussen €2.900 en €3.200 Per maand Beschrijving Wat je gaat doen Als junior SMD operator draag je bij aan het produceren van hoogwaardige elektronische componenten binnen een moderne productieomgeving. Je werkt met geavanceerde machines zoals stencil printers, pick & place machines en reflow ovens. Je zorgt ervoor dat de productie soepel verloopt en dat de kwaliteit van de printplaten gewaarborgd blijft. Deze rol vraagt om technisch inzicht, oog voor detail en een proactieve houding. Wat je gaat doen: - Voorbereiden: het opbouwen van de productielijn en klaarmaken van SMT-projecten. - Bedienen: ondersteunen bij het instellen en bedienen van SMT-machines. - Controleren: uitvoeren van AOI-inspecties om de kwaliteit van printplaten te waarborgen. - Signaleren: afwijkingen en kwaliteitsproblemen herkennen en rapporteren. - Samenwerken: afstemmen met collega's van productie en andere afdelingen om processen te optimaliseren. Wat we je bieden Je krijgt een technische functie met goede arbeidsvoorwaarden en de mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. - € 2.900 tot € 3.200 bruto per maand op basis van 38 uur. - Fulltime functie van 38 tot 40 uur per week. - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - 25 vakantiedagen en 8,33 % vakantiegeld - Een vergoeding voor je woon-werkverkeer. - 7% tot 14%, afhankelijk van de toepasselijke diensten. - De mogelijkheid om ervaring op te doen met moderne productiemachines en je technische vaardigheden uit te breiden. - Een betrokken team binnen een innovatieve en groeiende organisatie.
