Bij Ultify zoeken we een Junior Social Media & Content Medewerker die mee onze online zichtbaarheid wil uitbouwen. Je krijgt ruimte voor frisse ideeën, initiatief en creativiteit.

Je hoeft nog geen jaren ervaring te hebben. Ook schoolverlaters zijn welkom. Voor ons zijn vooral goesting, leergierigheid, initiatief en maturiteit belangrijk.

Wat ga je doen?

  • TikToks, Reels, stories en posts bedenken, maken en inplannen;
  • Instagram, TikTok, Facebook en LinkedIn mee beheren;
  • Foto’s en video’s maken op kantoor en op onze werven;
  • Zelf verhalen en interessante content zoeken binnen Ultify;
  • Collega’s enthousiast maken om mee te werken aan content;
  • Inspelen op relevante trends;
  • Content op onze website plaatsen en aanpassen;
  • E-mailcampagnes mee voorbereiden;
  • Google Ads en Meta Ads praktisch mee opvolgen;
  • Resultaten verzamelen en eenvoudige rapporteringen maken;
  • Meedenken over hoe we Ultify online sterker en zichtbaarder maken.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent vertrouwd met social media en volgt trends;
  • Je bent creatief met foto, video en tekst;
  • Je durft mensen aanspreken en initiatief nemen;
  • Je zet ideeën om in concrete acties en volgt ze goed op;
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar digitale marketing, websites, advertenties en data;
  • Je leert snel nieuwe tools kennen;
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en staat open voor feedback;
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.

Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar initiatief, maturiteit en leergierigheid vinden we minstens even belangrijk.

  • Je bent vertrouwd met social media en weet wat er vandaag leeft op TikTok, Instagram, Reels en andere kanalen.
  • Je bent graag creatief bezig met foto, video en tekst.
  • Je durft collega’s aanspreken en meekrijgen in jouw ideeën.
  • Je neemt zelf initiatief en wacht niet tot alles voor jou wordt klaargezet.
  • Je zet ideeën graag om in concrete acties.
  • Je volgt afspraken en taken goed op.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar andere aspecten van digitale marketing, zoals Google Ads, Meta Ads, websites, e-mailmarketing en data.
  • Je werkt graag met verschillende digitale tools en leert nieuwe systemen snel kennen.
  • Je staat open voor feedback en wilt blijven bijleren.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar overlegt ook gemakkelijk met collega’s.
  • Je schrijft en spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je bent matuur genoeg om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar voor ons zijn initiatief, maturiteit en leergierigheid minstens even belangrijk.
