The posting

Bij een merkonafhankelijke dienstverlener in de industriële automatisering ontwikkel je besturingssoftware voor projecten in de machinebouw, maritieme sector en Food & Feed. Je vertaalt een functionele specificatie (FDS) naar PLC-software en visualisatie, onder begeleiding van een lead engineer. Daarbij leer je hoe een functioneel ontwerp doorwerkt in de besturing van machines en procesinstallaties. Je maakt kennis met verschillende PLC- en SCADA-systemen en bouwt aan een stevige basis als software engineer. Je kunt starten met een intern opleidingstraject van twee tot drie maanden. Daarin oefen je met onder meer een procesinstallatie, magazijnopstelling en robots: van ontwerpen volgens ISA-88 tot software schrijven en testen aan de machine. In projecten werk je samen met engineers van verschillende ervaringsniveaus. Je bespreekt technische keuzes, leert van feedback en krijgt ondersteuning van een jobcoach bij je communicatie en samenwerking. Functie-inhoud - PLC-software ontwikkelen vanuit een FDS, onder begeleiding van de lead engineer - HMI- en SCADA-visualisaties ontwikkelen voor bediening en procesbewaking - Functionele ontwerpen leren opstellen volgens ISA-88 - Besturingssoftware testen aan machines en procesinstallaties - Testresultaten analyseren en softwarefouten oplossen met collega-engineers - Technische keuzes en de werking van je software documenteren Functie-eisen - Een technische opleidingsbasis in bijvoorbeeld elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Basiskennis van programmeren en interesse in PLC-besturingen - Interesse in HMI, SCADA en de samenhang tussen software en machinegedrag - Analytisch vermogen om functionele specificaties te vertalen naar logische besturingen - Een zorgvuldige werkwijze bij het testen en documenteren van software - Bereidheid om feedback te vragen, samen te werken en nieuwe technieken te leren Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.100 en € 3.700 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een..
