Als Junior Software Engineer Industriële Automatisering in Leeuwarden werk je aan besturingssoftware voor machines en industriële installaties. Je richt je op het vakgebied van een technische organisatie waar software, elektrotechniek en proceskennis samenkomen. Je leert hoe je functionele wensen vertaalt naar overzichtelijke PLC-programma’s en hoe je met HMI-schermen operators inzicht geeft in de werking van een installatie. Betrouwbaar machinegedrag en goed leesbare code vormen daarbij de basis. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je programmeren met testen, documenteren en het analyseren van storingen. Je stemt af met software-engineers en elektrotechnische collega’s over signalen, besturingslogica en de aansluiting op hardware. Als junior bouw je je kennis stap voor stap op: van digitale in- en uitgangen tot sequentiebesturing, industriële communicatie en het systematisch controleren van softwarewijzigingen. Functie-inhoud - PLC-programma’s opbouwen en aanpassen op basis van functionele beschrijvingen - HMI-schermen uitwerken voor bediening, statusweergave en alarmmeldingen - Besturingslogica testen met simulaties en beschikbare testopstellingen - Storingen analyseren door signalen, programmawaarden en alarmen te controleren - Softwarewijzigingen documenteren en code bespreken met collega-engineers - Ondersteunen bij het in bedrijf stellen en controleren van machinebesturingen Functie-eisen - Een technische opleidingsachtergrond in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Basiskennis van PLC-programmering, bijvoorbeeld met Siemens TIA Portal, CODESYS of Beckhoff TwinCAT - Inzicht in digitale en analoge signalen, sensoren en actuatoren - Interesse in HMI-ontwikkeling en industriële netwerken zoals PROFINET of Modbus TCP - Een nauwkeurige werkwijze en de bereidheid om vragen te stellen en feedback toe te passen - Vermogen om technische keuzes en testresultaten helder met collega’s te bespreken Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.100 en €.
