Als Junior Software Engineer programmeer je geen standaardoplossingen, maar werk je aan machines en productieprocessen die je straks daadwerkelijk ziet draaien. Je krijgt goede begeleiding, veel ruimte om te leren en steeds nieuwe technische uitdagingen. Je werkt vanuit ons eigen team aan projecten voor verschillende klanten: geen detachering, wel afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en volop kansen om snel te groeien. Jouw uitdaging als Junior Software Engineer PLC/SCADA Als Junior Software Engineer ontwikkel je PLC- en HMI-software voor uiteenlopende projecten binnen de industriële automatisering. Je werkt bijvoorbeeld aan de besturing van een wortelschilmachine, aardappelvlokkenlijn, biogasinstallatie, oliepijpleiding of crossbelt sorter. Geen project is hetzelfde: iedere klant heeft een andere technische omgeving, werkwijze en uitdaging. Je bent betrokken bij het hele project. Je vertaalt de wensen van de klant naar een praktische softwareoplossing, stelt functionele documentatie op en bouwt en test de software. Uiteindelijk help je ook bij het in bedrijf stellen van de installatie. Dit doe je samen met ervaren collega’s, zodat je de techniek én onze manier van werken stap voor stap leert kennen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Ontwikkelen van PLC- en HMI-software Vertalen van functionele wensen naar technische oplossingen Opstellen en bespreken van functionele documentatie Testen, verbeteren en in bedrijf stellen van software Meedenken over oplossingen voor klanten Bijdragen aan het standaardisatieteam en verder ontwikkelen van de Brainpact-standaard Vertegenwoordigen van Brainpact bij klanten en projectpartners Omdat we projectmatig werken, kom je in aanraking met verschillende technieken, bedrijven en productieprocessen. Hierdoor bouw je snel brede ervaring op. Je krijgt goede begeleiding, maar ook de ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen en jouw ideeën in te brengen. Zo groei je

Groot genoeg om aan uitdagende projecten te werken, maar klein genoeg om iedereen persoonlijk te kennen. De lijnen zijn kort en je kunt makkelijk bij een collega binnenlopen als je ergens niet uitkomt. Je werkt samen met ervaren engineers én collega’s die, net als jij, nog volop in ontwikkeling zijn.
