Samen met ervaren collega's ontwikkel je nieuwe functionaliteit, pas je productieprocessen aan en verbeter je bestaande automatiseringsoplossingen. Onder begeleiding van ervaren collega's leer je: • klantvragen te vertalen naar functionele en technische oplossingen; • procesautomatisering te ontwikkelen, configureren en programmeren; • software te testen, in bedrijf te stellen en over te dragen; • softwarevragen en storingen te analyseren en op te lossen; • kansen te herkennen om engineering- en servicewerk te standaardiseren en automatiseren. Tegelijkertijd werk je aan toepassingen zoals het genereren van code en configuraties, het automatiseren van controles en tests en het slimmer verwerken van technische informatie en documentatie. Ook onderzoeken we hoe AI kan helpen om storingen sneller te analyseren en mogelijke oorzaken en oplossingen te vinden. Je begint met overzichtelijke verbeteringen en groeit door naar oplossingen die structureel binnen ons serviceteam en in klantprojecten worden toegepast. Na je inwerkperiode draai je ook mee in onze 24/7-storingsdienst: ongeveer één week per 16 weken, met een aantrekkelijke aanvullende vergoeding. KSE heeft grote ambities op het gebied van AI en heeft hierin al belangrijke stappen gezet. We willen niet alleen de productieprocessen van onze klanten automatiseren, maar ook ons eigen engineering- en servicewerk steeds slimmer, sneller en betrouwbaarder uitvoeren. Daarvoor zoeken we een junior software engineer die eerst leert hoe onze software, klantprojecten en serviceprocessen in de praktijk werken.
