Unser Haus ist bekannt für seinen guten Service. Wenn du deinen Teil dazu beitragen willst bist du bei uns genau richtig. Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen der reibungslose Serviceablauf, die Unterstützung des Chef de Rang und die zuvorkommende Behandlung der Gäste und Kollegen. DENE SKILLS

+ Aktiver Verkauf und Empfehlung unserer Weine im Abendgeschäft

+ Unterstützung der Chef de Rangs beim täglichen Weinverkauf mit "Rat & Tat"

+ Schulung der Service-Mitarbeiter_innen im Bereich Wein &Wein-Verkauf

+ Organisation und Durchführung von Weindegustationen (+ Verkauf) für interessierte Gäste

+ "Kellermanagement" = Weinkarte + Weinkeller

+ wirtschaftlich rentabler Einkauf der Weine

+ tägliche Empfehlungen, passend zu unserem erlesenen Menü

Die unten angeführte Entlohnung bezieht sich auf die gesetzliche Normalarbeitszeit von 40 Stunden pro Woche. Überzahlung nach Qualifikation und Absprache.
