Sie besitzen Gastgeber_in-Persönlichkeit, sind mit Leidenschaft bei der Arbeit und Teamspirit ist Ihnen genauso wichtig wie uns? Dann werden Sie Teil des IMLAUER Teams Salzburg als 1 Junior Sous Chef_in (m/w/d) / Bankett-Produktion

für eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung (40 Wochenstunden) für eine 4- oder 5-Tage-Woche im Rahmen von 07:00 Uhr bis 24:00 Uhr, je nach Vereinbarung und Dienstplan.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

* Sie bereiten selbständig ausgezeichnete Gerichte für Bankett, Tagung, Caterings und Buffets zu und sorgen für eine ansprechende Präsentation der Speisen

* Sie bringen sich kreativ in die Menügestaltung ein

* Sie sind mitverantwortlich für die Führung und Organisation des Küchenteams

* Sie gehen sorgsam und verantwortungsbewusst mit Lebensmitteln und Rohstoffen um

* Sie unterstützen bei der Planung, Organisation und Koordination der Küchenabläufe sowie das Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Mise en place

* Sie stellen unseren hohen Qualitätsanspruch und einen optimalen Ablauf unter Einhaltung der Hygienestandards und Richtlinien sicher

Ihr Profil

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Erfahrung in der Gastronomie

* Sie sind mit den Hygienestandards vertraut und haben ein sehr gutes Produkt- und Fachwissen

* Sie sind ein flexibler Teamplayer, auf den sich Ihre Kollegen_innen verlassen können

* Sie begeistern mit Ihrem hohen Engagement und Ihrer Eigeninitiative

* Sie haben sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse in Englisch und eine gültige Arbeitsbewilligung
