Wie graag onderweg is, interesse heeft in gebouwen en nauwkeurig werkt, vindt in deze functie een afwisselende combinatie van techniek en praktijk. Je gaat aan de slag binnen een organisatie die vastgoedeigenaren ondersteunt bij het inspecteren, beheren, onderhouden en verduurzamen van hun vastgoed. Je werkt aan verschillende gebouwen en locaties in Noord-Nederland, waardoor geen inspectiedag hetzelfde is. Je leert gebouwen systematisch beoordelen aan de hand van de NEN 2767 en ontwikkelt je verder in het vastleggen en analyseren van technische informatie. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de zichtbare staat van een gebouw, maar leer je ook verbanden te leggen tussen gebreken, onderhoud en mogelijke vervolgstappen. Als junior specialist werk je samen met ervaren collega's die je begeleiden in het vak. Je krijgt de ruimte om praktijkervaring op te doen en steeds zelfstandiger inspecties uit te voeren. Je komt op uiteenlopende locaties en hebt contact met opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen. Zo ontwikkel je zowel je technische kennis als je vaardigheden in rapporteren en adviseren. De functie past goed bij iemand die graag buiten de deur werkt, nieuwsgierig is naar de technische staat van gebouwen en zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen vastgoedbeheer en conditiemetingen.
