Wat verwachten we van je? • Je hebt hbo-werk- en denkniveau • Je beschikt over de diploma's Wft Basis en Wft Inkomen • Je hebt minimaal één jaar relevante werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld als binnendienstmedewerker, adviseur of junior specialist binnen inkomensverzekeringen • Je kunt uiteenlopende informatie vertalen naar een duidelijk en overtuigend advies • Ervaring met Level (CCS), Excel of Power BI is een pré • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift Junior Specialist inkomensverzekeringen Amstelveen / 32-40 uur Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag werk je meerdere adviezen uit, de andere dag beantwoord je uiteenlopende vragen over bestaande polissen. Je krijgt ruimte om jouw werkzaamheden zelf in te delen én een stevige basis om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vak. Wat ga je doen? Samen met jouw collega-specialisten beheer je één gezamenlijke klantenportefeuille. Je werkt voor uiteenlopende bedrijven, van horecaondernemers en bakkers tot organisaties uit andere branches. Omdat kleinere bedrijven niet altijd een eigen HR-afdeling hebben, spreek je regelmatig rechtstreeks met directeuren en medewerkers. Jij zorgt dat zij begrijpen welke risico's er zijn en welke oplossing passend is.
