Aufgaben

* Übernahme von Verantwortung in Projekten rund um digitale Transformation und Cyberabwehr ** Planung und Umsetzung großer Security Transformationsprogrammen sowie Security Projekten und allgemeine Beratung zu Sicherheitsarchitekturen ** Planung, Design und Implementierung von Information Security Management Systemen mit klarem Fokus auf Steigerung der Effektivität ** Entwicklung innovativer, praxistauglicher Lösungen im Informationssicherheits- und Risikomanagement nach internationalen Methoden wie ISO/IEC 27001, ISO27017 bzw. ISO 27005 ** Integration neuer IT und Security Compliance Anforderungen in bestehende Strukturen/Prozesse ** Koordination und Durchführung von Security Audits im IT und OT Bereich ** Mitwirkung bei organisatorischen Gap-Security Assessments (ISF, DORA, NIS2, ISO27k etc.) ** Konzeption und Durchführung von Awareness Übungen und Demos ** Erarbeitung von Mehrwert-stiftenden Security Kennzahlensystemen für das Management ** Durchführung von ISO27001, DORA und NIS2- Implementierungsprojekten ** Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Sicherheitslage und Reduktion von Risiken ** Begleitung von Ausschreibungen für Security Lösungen und Anbieter:innen * Einblick in vielfältige Branchen nationaler und internationaler Kund_innen mit täglich neuen Herausforderungen in projektbezogenen Teams * Laufende Auseinandersetzung mit aktuellen Bedrohungslagen, Technologien und Trends im Cybersecurity-Bereich * Nutzung digitaler und AI-gestützter Tools zur effizienten Unterstützung der täglichen Arbeit

Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder Ähnliches
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Cybersecurity
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Security, Security Frameworks und gängigen Tools
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb von Informationssicherheitssystemen nach ISO 27001
  • Zertifizierungen im organisatorischen und technischen Security Bereich von Vorteil (ISO 27001, OSCP, CISSP, Zertifizierungen)
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis für Artificial Intelligence (AI) und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten im beruflichen Kontext
  • Proaktive Übernahme von Verantwortung für Aufgaben(pakete) inklusive Planung, Ausführung, Qualitätssicherung und Kommunikation
  • Strategisches Denken, Teamfähigkeit, analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Kreativität
  • Erste Führungserfahrung bzw. Bereitschaft, Kolleg_innen fachlich anzuleiten
  • Professionelles und sicheres Auftreten beim Kund_innen
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft (primär) innerhalb Österreichs

Die Bezahlung wird auf Basis deines genauen Profils vereinbart und beträgt mindestens EUR 50.000,-- brutto/Jahr (All-In), wobei bei entsprechender Berufserfahrung die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung besteht. Weiters kannst du mit einer leistungsabhängigen, individuellen Prämie rechnen.
