EBNER GROUP 1 Junior Strategic Development Analyst (w/m/d) In dieser Position gestalten Sie aktiv die strategische und technologische Weiterentwicklung der EBNER Gruppe mit. Sie analysieren Märkte, Wettbewerber und technologische Entwicklungen, identifizieren relevante Zukunftsthemen und leiten daraus Chancen und Potenziale für zukünftige Produkte, Lösungen und Geschäftsfelder ab. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie die Geschäftsleitung bei strategischen Entscheidungsprozessen und ausgewählten Projekten und tragen damit zur technologischen und strategischen Positionierung der EBNER Gruppe bei.

AUFGABEN

* Markt- und Trendanalysen: Beobachtung von Märkten, Megatrends und technologischen Entwicklungen sowie Identifikation relevanter Zukunftsthemen

* Wettbewerbsanalyse: Analyse von Wettbewerbern, Produkten, Technologien und Geschäftsmodellen sowie Ableitung von Chancen und Potenzialen

* Produkt- und Innovationsentwicklung: Ableitung von Ideen für zukünftige Produkte, Lösungen und Geschäftsfelder auf Basis von Markt- und Technologieanalysen

* Strategische Unternehmensentwicklung: Unterstützung bei der technologischen und strategischen Positionierung der EBNER Gruppe

* Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung: Aufbereitung von Analysen und strategischen Entscheidungsgrundlagen sowie Unterstützung bei ausgewählten strategischen Projekten

PROFIL

* Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, z. B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung

* Alternativ kaufmännisches Studium mit sehr guten technischen Grundkenntnissen und ausgeprägtem Interesse an technischen und strategischen Fragestellungen

* Erste Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position

* Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Technologie, Märkten, Wettbewerb und strategischer Unternehmensentwicklung

* Analytisches, strukturiertes und unternehmerisches Denken sowie Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und daraus Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten

* Selbstständige, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
