Junior strategisch inkoper 36 - 40 uur per week Tussen €2.800 en €3.200 Per maand Beschrijving Wat je gaat doen Als Strategisch Inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor een belangrijk deel van onze technische inkoop. Je zorgt ervoor dat we de juiste materialen en grondstoffen op tijd en tegen goede voorwaarden inkopen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Inkopen van materialen en grondstoffen en maken van afspraken met leveranciers; - Onderhandelen over prijzen, kwaliteit, levertijden en contracten; - Onderhouden van goede en langdurige relaties met leveranciers; - Volgen van markt- en prijsontwikkelingen en kijken waar kansen en risico's liggen; - Selecteren, beoordelen en aansturen van leveranciers en bewaken van hun prestaties; - Meedenken over voorraadbeheer en zorgen voor een goede balans tussen voorraad, kosten en leverzekerheid; - Initiëren van kostenbesparingen en verbeteringen binnen de inkoop; - Samenwerken met collega's van planning, logistiek, productie, engineering, QA en verkoop. Wat we je bieden Je krijgt volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je wordt begeleidt bij het leren kennen van onze producten, processen en leveranciers en bieden ruimte voor opleidingen. Daarnaast kun je rekenen op: - € 2.800 tot € 3.200 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring en kennis; - 25 vakantiedagen en 23 ATV-dagen; - Een aantrekkelijke winstdelingsregeling; - Reiskostenvergoeding van 21 cent per kilometer; - Een telefoon en laptop van de zaak; - Een goede pensioenregeling. Je komt terecht in een informele organisatie met korte lijnen, waar je ideeën kunt aandragen en de ruimte krijgt om verantwoordelijkheid te pakken.
