We zijn een tech scale-up met 250+ medewerkers, actief in meer dan 40 landen en met entiteiten in onder andere Nederland, de VS, Nieuw-Zeeland, Duitsland en het VK. We zien volop kansen in de markt en hebben grote internationale groeiambities. Die groei brengt continu nieuwe strategische en transformatievraagstukken met zich mee. Als Junior Strategy & Transformation Consultant word je onderdeel van het Strategy & Transformation team, bestaande uit de Head of Strategy & Transformation en twee Strategy & Transformation Leads. Samen met het managementteam werk je aan de strategie van CowManager, ondersteun je strategische besluitvorming en help je belangrijke transformaties van begin tot eind te realiseren. De projecten zijn zeer divers. Je werkt bijvoorbeeld aan het ontwikkelen en vertalen van meerjarenstrategieën naar concrete plannen, waaronder go-to-marketplannen voor verschillende landen. Ook werk je aan het optimaliseren van het operating model, nieuwe productlanceringen en operationele verbeteringen die bijdragen aan schaalbaarheid, efficiëntie en duurzame groei. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met teams als Product en Commerce en krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid voor strategische vraagstukken en transformaties.
