Je komt terecht in een familiaal renovatiebedrijf in de regio Knokke-Heist dat al jarenlang actief is in bouw- en interieurprojecten. Je maakt deel uit van een gedreven team van vakmensen die samen zorgen voor een verzorgde afwerking. Je werkt op verschillende renovatiewerven en kan rekenen op professionele ondersteuning van de werfleiders.

Je krijgt de kans om ervaring op te doen, je technieken te verfijnen en stap voor stap meer vertrouwen op te bouwen in je vak.

Jobomschrijving

Je werkt mee aan de afwerking van muren en plafonds bij uiteenlopende renovatieprojecten.

  • Muren en plafonds pleisteren met gipspleister en waterafstotende basispleister
  • Handmatig en machinaal pleisterwerk uitvoeren
  • Ondergronden voorbereiden en zorgen voor een nette afwerking
  • Kleine metselwerken uitvoeren waar nodig
  • Helpen bij chapewerken
  • Gyproc plaatsen en verlaagde plafonds monteren waar nodig
  • Je eigen werk controleren en netjes afwerken
  • Samenwerken met collega's om elk project kwalitatief op te leveren

Je past de technieken die je op school hebt geleerd meteen toe op echte werven. Via interne opleidingen leer je bovendien nieuwe materialen en technieken kennen.

  • Je hebt een diploma in de bouw, bij voorkeur met een basis in pleisterwerk of afwerking
  • Je bent net afgestudeerd of hebt al een eerste werkervaring
  • Je kent de basis van pleisterwerk en kan die zelfstandig toepassen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en neemt initiatief
  • Je werkt veilig en georganiseerd
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed in een team
  • Je wilt bijleren en je technieken verder ontwikkelen
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
  • Je spreekt voldoende Nederlands of Engels om vlot samen te werken
