Junior Subsidiemedewerker - Job 76 van 76 Locatie: Eindhoven Contract: Voltijds, Onbepaalde duur Datum Gepubliceerd: 10 oktober 2026 Junior Subsidiemedewerker - Brunel Functieomschrijving Als Junior Subsidiemedewerker Rijksoverheid werk je mee aan het volledige subsidieproces: van binnenkomst van een aanvraag tot beoordeling, beschikking en betaling. Afhankelijk van de regeling behandel je aanvragen van bijvoorbeeld onderwijsinstellingen, zorgorganisaties, gemeenten, bedrijven en maatschappelijke organisaties. Je toetst aanvragen aan de geldende voorwaarden en bespreekt inhoudelijke casussen met collega's en uitvoeringscoördinatoren. Zo bouw je stap voor stap kennis op van subsidieregelingen, administratieve procedures en de uitvoering binnen de overheid. - Controleren van subsidieaanvragen op juistheid en volledigheid. - Beoordelen van inhoudelijke en financiële onderdelen aan de hand van de subsidieregeling. - Informeren van aanvragers en telefonisch of schriftelijk opvragen van ontbrekende informatie. - Verwerken en beheren van administratieve gegevens en aanmaken van financiële verplichtingen voor uitbetaling. - Beoordelen van voortgangsrapportages en bewaken van planningen en doorlooptijden. - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over verbeteringen in de uitvoering van subsidieregelingen. Vereisten - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in een juridische, bestuurskundige, financiële of sociaal-maatschappelijke richting. - Kennis van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht is een pre. - Je bent woonachtig in Nederland en spreekt en schrijft de Nederlandse taal vloeiend.
