TOS People is voor een vaste maritieme partner op zoek naar een (Jr.) Superintendent / Operations Assistant. Vanuit ons kantoor in Rotterdam ondersteun je de dagelijkse operatie rondom inkomende en vertrekkende schepen in de haven. Van douaneformaliteiten en transport tot contact met de scheepsbemanning en verschillende partijen in de haven: jij zorgt dat alles goed geregeld is en een havenbezoek soepel verloopt. Een veelzijdige functie waarin je veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en jezelf verder kunt ontwikkelen binnen de maritieme sector. OVER DE ORGANISATIE Je gaat aan de slag voor een maritieme dienstverlener uit Den Helder die actief is binnen de scheepvaart en offshore-energiesector. De organisatie houdt zich bezig met onder andere scheepsmanagement, maritieme dienstverlening en logistieke ondersteuning. Omdat een deel van de vloot regelmatig de haven van Rotterdam aandoet, wordt de operationele ondersteuning vanuit Rotterdam verzorgd. Jij werkt daarom vanuit het kantoor van TOS People in Rotterdam en hebt veel contact met schepen, bemanning, klanten en verschillende partijen in de haven. Je komt terecht in een praktische werkomgeving met korte lijnen. Er wordt snel geschakeld, iedereen neemt verantwoordelijkheid en samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de operatie goed blijft draaien. Wat ga je doen? Als (Jr.) Superintendent / Operations Assistant ben je betrokken bij alles wat nodig is rondom het havenbezoek van een schip.
