(junior) supervisor restaurant Gilze Middelbare school huiswerk Restaurant 32 - 38 uur 1 Functieomschrijving Als (junior) supervisor restaurant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en kwaliteitsbewaking van de service binnen het restaurant en de buffetservice. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze operationele uitvoering, een hoge gasttevredenheid en een gemotiveerd team. Naast je rol in het restaurant geef je, indien nodig, leiding tijdens banqueting activiteiten zoals vergaderingen, feesten en partijen. Je werkt in een team van enthousiaste collega's in een dynamische omgeving, waar gastvrijheid centraal staat. Met jouw positieve instelling, oog voor detail en gevoel voor service lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de sfeer en kwaliteit van onze horeca. Of het nu gaat om een druk ontbijt, lunch, sfeervol diner of een besloten evenement: jij weet van aanpakken en houdt altijd het overzicht. Je maakt deel uit van de afdeling F&B en rapporteert rechtsreeks aan de F&B manager en Operationeel management. Wat je gaat doen: - Dagelijkse aansturen van het restaurantteam; - Voorbereiden en organiseren van de service; - Gasten ontvangen en servicekwaliteit bewaken; - Toezicht op naleving van richtlijnen; - Begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers; - Personeelsplanning en roosteroverleg; - Stimuleren van bijverkoop en commerciële kansen; - Uitvoeren van kassa- en verantwoordingswerkzaamheden; - Afstemming met interne afdelingen; - Ondersteuning bij banquetingactiviteiten. 2 Functie-eisen Wat wij vragen: - MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Hospitality, Hotelmanagement of Horeca; - Aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen restaurantservice; - Kennis van HACCP-voorschriften, kassasystemen en horeca-automatisering; - Basisvaardigheden in personeelsplanning; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; - Inzicht in gastbeleving en commercieel denken (o.a. bijverkoop); - Kla...
