Junior support engineer Xantion ICT Gelderland Utrecht 32 - 40 uur ICT Xantion Bij Xantion krijg je vanaf dag één toegang tot complete klantomgevingen, werk je voor tientallen verschillende organisaties en bouw je in hoog tempo technische kennis op. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar collega's graag kennis delen, waar je kunt doorgroeien richting beheer of consultancy en waar een nuchtere, informele werksfeer centraal staat. Zoek jij een plek waar jouw ontwikkeling serieus wordt genomen en waar je echt meters kunt maken in de IT? Lees dan verder. Wat jij gaat doen Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die ondersteuning nodig hebben bij hun IT-omgeving. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen klanten ongestoord doorwerken en blijven hun systemen optimaal functioneren. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om zelf oplossingen te onderzoeken en uit te voeren. Daarbij sta je er nooit alleen voor. Binnen het team kun je altijd sparren met ervaren collega's die hun kennis graag delen. Om deze rol goed te vervullen, houd jij je dagelijks bezig met: - Het aannemen, registreren en afhandelen van supportvragen via telefoon en e-mail in Autotask. - Het oplossen van Microsoft-gerelateerde vraagstukken binnen Microsoft 365, Azure en Intune. - Het beheren van gebruikersaccounts, mailboxen, werkplekken en software-installaties. - Het analyseren van storingen en het escaleren van complexe incidenten naar collega's binnen de tweede lijn. Wie jij bent Je bent leergierig, communicatief sterk en vindt het leuk om technische problemen op te lossen. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende klantvragen en houdt overzicht wanneer meerdere tickets tegelijk binnenkomen. Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat je: - Minimaal mbo niveau 3 of 4 werk- en denkniveau hebt. - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring hebt binnen een servicedesk, supportfunctie of vergelijkbare IT-omgeving. - Bekend bent met Microsoft 365 en het werken met een ticketsysteem. - De Ne...
