Zoek jij een plek waar jouw ontwikkeling serieus wordt genomen en waar je echt meters kunt maken in de IT? Lees dan verder. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die ondersteuning nodig hebben bij hun IT-omgeving. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen klanten ongestoord doorwerken en blijven hun systemen optimaal functioneren. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om zelf oplossingen te onderzoeken en uit te voeren. Daarbij sta je er nooit alleen voor. Binnen het team kun je altijd sparren met ervaren collega's die hun kennis graag delen. Om deze rol goed te vervullen, houd jij je dagelijks bezig met: - Het aannemen, registreren en afhandelen van supportvragen via telefoon en e-mail in Autotask. - Het oplossen van Microsoft-gerelateerde vraagstukken binnen Microsoft 365, Azure en Intune. - Het beheren van gebruikersaccounts, mailboxen, werkplekken en software-installaties. - Het analyseren van storingen en het escaleren van complexe incidenten naar collega's binnen de tweede lijn.
