De functie inhoud Wat houdt je takenpakket als Junior Syndicus regio Middelkerke in:

  • Je beheert de administratieve opvolging van verschillende gebouwen en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt
  • Opvolgen van technische meldingen en plannen van interventies
  • Je verwerkt en controleert facturen en beheert provisies
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat betalingen tijdig gebeuren
  • Voorbereiden van vergaderingen en rapporten, je hoeft ze niet zelf te leiden want de seniors ondersteunen je hierbij
