  • Je speelt een cruciale rol in het zoeken, werven en selecteren van de beste kandidaten voor de organisatie.
  • Je hanteert een kandidaatgerichte aanpak en zorgt ervoor dat het volledige recruitmentproces efficiënt, doeltreffend en aantrekkelijk verloopt.
  • Je stelt functieomschrijvingen op en actualiseert deze. Daarnaast analyseer je functievereisten en doelstellingen en bereid je wervingsmateriaal voor.
  • Je zoekt en werft kandidaten via databases, sociale media en andere kanalen. Daarbij draag je de organisatie actief uit als Top Employer.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met HR Business Partners en employer-brandingexperts om gerichte campagnes op te zetten en het juiste talent te bereiken.
  • Je screent cv’s en sollicitaties, voert interviews en beoordeelt de relevante kennis, vaardigheden, ervaring en competenties van kandidaten.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van een overkoepelende recruitmentstrategie en implementeert de beste aanpak voor interne klanten.
  • Je volgt de beste praktijken binnen recruitment op.
  • Je werkt proactief samen met HR Business Partners en afdelingsmanagers om toekomstige aanwervingsbehoeften te identificeren.
  • Je neemt deel aan interne teamvergaderingen en projecten.

Vereisten

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in economie, human resources, psychologie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je bent proactief en resultaatgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je resultaten.
  • Je bent flexibel en beschikt over een agile werkhouding.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en denkt buiten de gebaande paden.
  • Je hebt een hands-onmentaliteit en draagt actief bij aan procesverbeteringen.
  • Ervaring binnen de energie-, infrastructuur- of engineeringsector is een pluspunt.

Aanvullende informatie

  • Locatie: 1000 Brussel
  • Aanwezigheid op kantoor: standaard twee dagen per week
  • Werkregime: voltijds
  • Vergaderingen en kantooractiviteiten worden verdeeld over de twee locaties van de groep in Brussel. Occasioneel wordt ook gewerkt vanuit het Netzquartier in Berlijn.
  • Bij verplaatsingen naar Duitsland worden alle kosten door de opdrachtgever vergoed.
