Wij zoeken een (Junior) Talent Sourcer / Searcher die zich wil ontwikkelen tot specialist in recruitment en talent sourcing binnen de bouw- en vastgoedsector. Ervaring? Mooi meegenomen. Maar veel belangrijker vinden we dat je nieuwsgierig, slim, gedreven en digitaal vaardig bent. Wij leren je de rest. Wat ga je doen? Als Talent Sourcer ben jij de speurneus van Seven Oaks. Je ontdekt waar talent zit, brengt interessante professionals in kaart en zorgt ervoor dat onze consultants precies weten wat er speelt op de kandidatenmarkt. Je gaat onder andere: - talent zoeken en benaderen via LinkedIn en andere online kanalen; - werken met LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-tools en slimme sourcingtechnieken; - talentpools bouwen binnen verschillende vakgebieden; - onderzoeken waar interessante professionals werken en wat hen beweegt; - recruitmentdata analyseren en kansen in de markt signaleren; - zorgen dat onze kandidatendatabase actueel én waardevol blijft; - nauw samenwerken met onze consultants; - meedenken over hoe we recruitment slimmer, sneller en beter kunnen maken. Je bent dus niet de hele dag cv's aan het doorspitten. Je leert hoe je met data, technologie, AI en persoonlijk contact de juiste mensen vindt en bereikt. Wie we zoeken We zoeken vooral iemand die nieuwsgierig is. Iemand die wil weten hoe dingen werken, graag zoekt en onderzoekt en het leuk vindt om nét wat verder te kijken dan de rest.
