Junior Tax Adviser - Transfer Pricing Amsterdam 40 hours Ben jij (bijna) klaar met je master Fiscaal Recht en/of Fiscale Economie, of heb je al maximaal drie jaar ervaring opgedaan in de fiscaliteit, en wil jij je specialiseren in Transfer Pricing binnen een internationale toppraktijk? Als (beginnende) Tax Adviser binnen de Transfer Pricing-praktijk werk je nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines aan complexe en internationale vraagstukken voor cliënten die behoren tot de top van het bedrijfsleven. Zo ontwikkel je je snel tot een gespecialiseerde belastingadviseur binnen dit vakgebied. Daarbij wordt veel nadruk gelegd op de ontwikkeling van jouw vaktechnische en ondernemende kwaliteiten. Ons Transfer Pricing-team maakt onderdeel uit van onze grotere afdeling Direct Tax en werkt veel samen met de Transfer Pricing-teams van onze andere thuismarkten. Je werkt al vroeg mee aan de meer strategische transfer pricing-vraagstukken, van bedrijfsherstructureringen en de beprijzing van financiële transacties tot de waardering van immateriële activa, geschillen met de belastingautoriteiten en onderlinge overlegprocedures. Dit ga jij doen als Junior Tax Adviser - Transfer Pricing Als Junior Tax Adviser binnen het Transfer Pricing-team adviseer je multinationale ondernemingen over het arm's length-karakter van intercompany-transacties, de allocatie van winst tussen groepsmaatschappijen en de transfer pricing-aspecten van bedrijfsherstructureringen, financieringsstructuren en de waardering van immateriële activa. Je bent onder meer (mede)verantwoordelijk voor het: - adviseren over de transfer pricing-aspecten van bedrijfsmodellen en de allocatie van winst tussen groepsmaatschappijen; - ontwerpen en onderbouwen van arm's length-prijsstellingen voor complexe intercompany-transacties, waaronder financiële transacties (leningen, garanties, cash pools) en de overdracht en waarder...
