Jobomschrijving

Als Junior Taxateur Real Estate start je met een uitgebreid opleidingstraject van ongeveer zes maanden. Tijdens deze periode leer je onze methodologieën, systemen en waarderingstechnieken grondig kennen en word je begeleid door ervaren collega's.

Na deze opleiding ga je zelfstandig aan de slag en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van vastgoedwaarderingen voor hypothecaire kredietdossiers.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van marktwaardeschattingen van residentieel vastgoed.
  • Analyseren van vastgoedgegevens en marktinformatie.
  • Toepassen van verschillende waarderingsmethodieken.
  • Gebruiken van innovatieve AI- en datatools ter ondersteuning van je analyses.
  • Opstellen van kwalitatieve en objectieve waarderingsrapporten.
  • Continu verdiepen van je kennis van de vastgoedmarkt en relevante wetgeving.

Je werkt hoofdzakelijk van achter jouw computer, zonder plaatsbezoeken, in een sterk gedigitaliseerde omgeving.

Je bent een leergierige en nauwkeurige professional die graag analyses maakt en zich wil ontwikkelen tot vastgoedexpert.

Verder beschik je over:

  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in:Handelsingenieur Burgerlijk ingenieur Handelswetenschappen Economie Financiën Of een vergelijkbare analytische opleiding
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde aanpak.
  • Interesse in vastgoed, vastgoedrekenen en waarderingsmethodieken.
  • Affiniteit met technologie, data en digitale toepassingen.
  • Een kritische geest en oog voor detail.
  • Een proactieve en professionele werkhouding.

Ervaring in vastgoed is zeker geen vereiste. Jobstarters zijn van harte welkom. Motivatie, leergierigheid en analytisch inzicht zijn voor ons belangrijker.
