We zoeken een Junior Technical Support Engineer die niet bang is van een technisch probleem, maar er net wat extra energie van krijgt. Je start als leergierige nieuwkomer en groeit — met opleiding, coaching en de nodige geduldige collega's — uit tot dé go-to persoon binnen jouw domein. Denk van "wat is dit?" naar "laat mij maar even" in een paar maanden tijd.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Ontrafel technische problemen – test, analyseer data en overleg met collega’s tot je de oorzaak kent.
  • Hou handleidingen, procedures en FAQ’s up-to-date zodat oplossingen makkelijk terug te vinden zijn.
  • Test, verfijn en controleer systemen tot ze stabiel zijn, en maak korte, praktische documentatie van je oplossing.
  • Werk samen met engineering en productie om structurele oplossingen te bouwen.
  • Spot terugkerende patronen en denk mee over hoe het beter, sneller of slimmer kan.
  • Vertaal technische details naar begrijpelijke taal voor niet-technische collega’s door o.a. te ondersteunen met interne trainingen.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in bouwkunde of (elektro)mechanica.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, leergierig en niet bang om vragen te stellen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je denkt logisch en pakt problemen gestructureerd aan.
  • Je communiceert vlot - met collega’s en klanten.
  • Je hebt interesse in techniek en wil je hierin verder ontwikkelen.
  • Je spreekt Frans, Engels en Nederlands. Duits is een extra troef maar geen verplichting.
