Technisch opgeleid en klaar om praktijkervaring op te bouwen? Als Junior Technicus Hoogwerkers leer je machines onderhouden, storingen opsporen en herstellingen uitvoeren. Je hoeft nog geen expert te zijn: via interne en externe opleidingen bouw je je kennis van mechanica, hydraulica en elektriciteit verder uit.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's aan verschillende types hoogwerkers. Veiligheid is daarbij belangrijk: een machine vertrekt pas wanneer ze technisch in orde is.

• Je spoort storingen op met merkspecifieke diagnosetools

• Je leert mechanische, elektrische en hydraulische problemen herkennen en oplossen

• Je voert periodiek onderhoud uit aan hoogwerkers

• Je helpt bij technische herstellingen en groeit geleidelijk naar complexere interventies

• Je installeert bekabeling voor volgsystemen

• Je denkt mee over praktische manieren om installaties efficiënter uit te voeren

• Je inspecteert machines en controleert of ze veilig en volledig operationeel zijn

• Je overlegt met collega's bij technische problemen en deelt wat je leert

• Je rapporteert aan de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke

Een deel van het werk gebeurt buiten. Regen of minder ideaal weer hoort er dus soms gewoon bij.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd, bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica of automechanica, of hebt vergelijkbare technische kennis opgebouwd

• Je hebt een basiskennis van mechanica, hydraulica en/of elektriciteit

• Je staat aan het begin van je technische loopbaan of hebt een eerste praktijkervaring

• Je wilt vooral bijleren en technisch sterker worden

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt rekening met veiligheid

• Je vindt het geen probleem om ook buiten te werken

• Je zoekt technische problemen graag uit in plaats van alleen onderdelen te vervangen
