Je komt terecht bij een familiaal productiebedrijf in Oostende dat gespecialiseerd is in technisch textiel. In verschillende productieafdelingen worden onder meer garens, vezels, textiel en omsnoeringsproducten gemaakt. Het bedrijf investeert voortdurend in onderzoek, ontwikkeling en nieuwe technologieën. Daardoor werk je in een moderne industriële omgeving waar je veel kan leren en je technische kennis verder kan uitbouwen.

Je staat er niet alleen voor. Ervaren techniekers helpen je om de machines en processen te leren kennen. Je krijgt de kans om vragen te stellen, ervaring op te doen en geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Jobomschrijving

Samen met het technische team zorg je ervoor dat de machines en installaties goed blijven draaien. Je leert de verschillende productieprocessen kennen en krijgt geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan machines en industriële installaties.
  • Technische storingen helpen opsporen en analyseren.
  • Elektrische, mechanische en elektromechanische problemen mee oplossen.
  • Onderdelen herstellen of vervangen en controleren of installaties opnieuw correct werken.
  • Ervaren collega's ondersteunen bij dringende interventies.
  • De werking van verschillende machines en productieprocessen leren begrijpen.
  • Meewerken aan technische projecten die de veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie verbeteren.
  • Veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften correct toepassen.
  • Je start met begeleiding en interne opleiding. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, leer je steeds zelfstandiger storingen oplossen en onderhoudswerken uitvoeren.

Je werkt hoofdzakelijk in dagdienst. Na een inwerk- en opleidingsperiode maak je ook deel uit van het technische interventieteam, volgens een regeling waarbij je maximaal één week per maand beschikbaar bent voor interventies binnen een 24/7-systeem.

  • Je hebt een diploma elektromechanica, elektriciteit, elektronica of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Je hebt een goede technische basis en wil die graag in de praktijk toepassen.
  • Je hebt interesse in elektriciteit, mechanica, automatisering en industriële machines.
  • Je zoekt graag uit hoe iets werkt en wil leren om technische storingen op te lossen.
  • Je bent leergierig, praktisch ingesteld en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar staat ook open voor begeleiding en feedback van collega's.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt aandacht voor veiligheid.
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands of Engels.
  • Je toont flexibiliteit wanneer een technische interventie extra inzet vraagt en staat ervoor open om na je opleiding deel te nemen aan het interventiesysteem.

Ervaring in een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar je technische opleiding en motivatie om bij te leren vormen de belangrijkste basis.
